Partner Association

The Partner Association (Partnerverein der Dualen Hochschule Baden-Württemberg Villingen-Schwenningen e. V.) is a non-profit institution which was established in 1983 and in which partner companies and institiutions, lecturers and professors of the Cooperative State University and their graduates and students can become involved.

The Partner Association...

  • promotes the idea of the Cooperative State University
  • promotes the affinity between the Cooperative State University and its former students, lecturers, friends and patrons, particularly through academic campus evenings and meetings of former alumni
  • supports teaching activities at the Cooperative State University
  • organises educational, training and professional development measures
  • supports students during stays abroad

The Partner Association numbered about 900 persons, companies and institutions as members at the beginning of 2011. The vast majority are graduates who maintain contact with their university through this medium. Members receive the BLICKPUNKT publication on a quarterly basis as a service, containing information related to the Cooperative State University.

Management

Management of the Partner Association is the responsibility of the board, consisting of the following (election period until July 2019):

  • Second Chairperson: Prof. Dr. Ulrich Kotthaus, President of the Cooperative State University BW Villingen-Schwenningen

Membership fee

Where a direct debit order is authorised (which reduces expenses), the annual membership subscription is 15 euro for private individuals and 75 euro for companies and institutions and can be taken into consideration in tax returns.

Information on SEPA

Changeover from payment procedures for credit transfers and direct debits to the SEPA basic direct debit procedure and further usage of the direct debit mandate.
We utilise the direct debit procedure to book payment of the membership subscription. In order to contribute to the creation of the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA), we will be changing to the standardised European SEPA direct debit procedure as of the 01.02.2014. We will continue to use the direct debit mandate already assigned as the SEPA direct debit mandate in this respect. This direct debit mandate is marked with the mandate reference and credit identifier number: DE17ZZZ00000427530.
